About Move & Melt

We, Saura & Jane met through teaching at the beautiful HAR Studio in Berlin. There has always been an air of collaborating together and now that is finally coming into fruition!

Move & Melt was born from a place of envisioning a retreat that we ourselves would love to attend: a space that offers accessibility, relaxation and play — fostering a nourishing atmosphere where we can openly relate, release and restore together through yoga… and more

Our Intention

Our intention is to facilitate a space where you are welcome to explore: within the body, mind and beyond. The vision is to create a retreat space guided by nature, where you can feel safe to be open, vulnerable and playful. The invitation is for you to find what it is that you need from this co-creative experience, inquire deeper and get to know one another — and to enjoyyyy! while doing so

Our Values

Throughout our own yoga practice and philosophy, we have learned to understand and embrace all parts of ourselves through the union of movement, breath and meditation. This is the value of integrity and accessibility that we wish to share with you.

‘Early bird’ = special discounted prices (available until 1 March 2024)

‘Night owl’ = €300 deposit + remaining price (available until 31 May 2024)

• Four nights accommodation (incl. fresh bed linen & towels) at beautiful Nonna Hof
• Five days of nourishing plant-powered food cooked by our lovely Jacinthe, from Roots Radicals (of course, dietary preferences will be considered)
• Yoga classes, twice a day
• Gong & sound baths for relaxation
