For the second time, we will gather for five days over the magical time of the long Easter weekend in a loving and supportive community at beautiful NONNA HOF, where you are invited to physically RECHARGE, emotionally RESTORE, mentally RELEASE, and spiritually RECONNECT. We will work with the energetic layers first through letting go processes and different somatic practices. Mental clarity and guidance will follow.

With all the creative tools: daily different meditation & breathwork techniques, yogic practices, rejuvenating & empowering sounds of the gongs and other healing instruments, dancing & movement, sharing circles, astrology guidance & rituals, optional workshops (anger release, voice activation, creative journaling, manifestation), one-on-one sessions, and more; you will learn to let go of what no longer serves you, releasing old patterns and hidden attachments.

Co-created by Martin Balance, your space holder, and Evelina Renta, who will prepare healthy & plant-based Ayurvedic food – we will all share in a community. Martin is a Somatic Movement & Reiki Practitioner, Kundalini, Yin & Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Gong Sound Teacher-Facilitator, Breath, Mindfulness & Meditation Guide, and consulting Hellenistic Astrologer offering regular classes in Berlin yoga & meditation studios since 2019. As an intuitive cook, Evelina finds inspiration for her culinary creations in the serene ambiance of the retreat, where every dish becomes a testament to the endless possibilities that fuel her passion for the art of cooking.

Surrounded by a calm nature and a rural & peaceful landscape, you will take time to slow down and prepare physically and energetically for the season ahead. Besides all the optional activities, you will also have plenty of free time to relax by yourself or in a group, taking a break from a busy lifestyle and finding space for self-care and self-reflection, allowing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies to integrate during walks in nature & sauna infusions.
