SPRING EQUINOX RETREAT mit Martin & Evelina

This retreat is an invitation to take your time to recharge, reflect, and reconnect to your inner wisdom. We will dive into daily different meditation & breathing techniques, yoga practices (Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra), rejuvenating & empowering sounds of the gongs, and other healing instruments, dancing & movement, sharing circles, astrology insights & rituals, cacao ceremony, optional workshops (spring element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, anger release, voice activation, astrology, creative journaling, manifestation), one-on-one sessions, and much more. 

The journey of new beginnings will be co-created by Martin Balance and Evelina Renta, both holding space and preparing healthy & plant-based Ayurvedic food, we will all share together in a community. Martin Balance is a certified Kundalini, Yin & Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Gong Sound Performer, Mindfulness & Meditation Coach, Hellenistic Astrologer & Movement Researcher offering regular classes in Berlin yoga & meditation studios since 2019. Evelina Renta is a certified Hatha, Yin & Yoga Nidra Teacher, Sound Meditation & Organic Movement Facilitator, Spiritual Business Coach, Reiki Master & Consciousness Researcher.

Surrounded by calm nature and a beautiful & peaceful landscape we will take time to slow down and prepare, both physically and energetically, for the season ahead. Besides all the optional activities, you will also have plenty of free time to relax by yourself, taking a break from a busy lifestyle and finding space for self-care and self-reflection, allowing your body to fully integrate with walks in nature & sauna. With all the creative tools, you will learn how to let go of what no longer serves you, releasing old patterns and hidden attachments. Invite yourself on that journey, taking the next step of the divine rhythm of self-discovery.
