This winter gathering at NONNA Hof is offered as a little timeout from the usual hustle of this time of year, with work and family obligations piling up along with the stress or dread of the holidays.
This gathering centers around the very core teaching of the ’spiritual path‘: To let go, let it be. Surrender.
We want to let go, but we also can’t help but hold on. How can we solve this paradox?
A certain amount of grace is necessary in order for the letting go to happen. And grace is way more likely to occur, if we are there to receive it, and not lost in the whirlwind of thought.
During this extended weekend we’ll be cultivating presence and ease through meditation, movement, nature, digital detox and a shared BRAVE SAFE SPACE:
This will be a HYBRID retreat. Upon arriving on Thursday afternoon, we’ll do a yoga practice, followed by dinner and a sauna.
After dinner we’ll go into silence and spend the Friday following a quite dense meditation schedule. At some point on Saturday late morning we will break the silence to connect to others, share our experiences, and hopefully leave on Sunday, bathing in a sense of calm and connectedness.
There will be twice daily yoga practices (flow+yin), lots of guided and unguided meditation and plant-based food by chef Polly-Rose.
