Winter is here—a time of stillness and rest, a period to nourish ourselves and store energy for all that lies ahead. Let’s begin the new year mindfully and set our intentions for the upcoming months, together.
Take some time and join us for a 4-day retreat at the beautiful NONNA farm in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, we’ll have ample opportunities to delve deeper into our yoga practice, connect with ourselves, and form meaningful connections with wonderful people. In addition to yoga asanas, meditation, pranayama, ceremonies, and sound sessions, there will be plenty of time for relaxation, engaging conversations by the fireplace, sauna sessions, and leisurely walks in nature.
YOGA STYLE
A dynamic Vinyasa Ashtanga-inspired class awaits you in the morning, followed by a grounding Yin practice in the late afternoon. In principle, the yoga retreat is suitable for everyone, but having a regular yoga practice is an advantage. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please let us know before you register, so we can make the best decision for you together.
The retreat will be taught in English (unless everyone speaks German).

We will commence the first yoga session on Thursday at 5:30 pm, with arrival possible from 4:30 pm. The schedule will conclude on Sunday around 12:00 pm.

ABOUT LISA
Lisa is a 300h certified Asthanga-Vinyasa Yogateacher and also finished a 4 month apprenticeship with her mentor Sandra Gerhardt at PRACTICE YOGA Berlin.
Currently she teaches regular classes at PRACTICE YOGA and Yoga FUTURA.
Working in the social and public health sector, she coordinates projects supporting families and youth.
Lisas Yogapractice is an integral part of her daily life. She understands Yoga as a path, which provides the opportunity to dive deep within ourselves in order to heal and to grow. Further the yogic practices invite to quiet our minds and open our hearts- towards ourselves and others. Lisas classes are calm but challenging and she loves to share practices like Pranayama, Meditation and Chanting with her students.

ABOUT UTA
is a 655+ yoga teacher & mindfulness coach with the focus on dynamic vinyasa & ashtanga yoga and intuitive movements. Uta shares her holistic understanding of yoga and mindfulness through her background of contemporary dance in a playful and creative way and can’t wait to share her knowledge with you.
