Yoga Retreat mit Eva – vea studio
We will spend a long weekend together surrounded by nature in a cosy farm house in Mecklenburg. We will ground ourselves through meditation, asana practice and pranayama, to cultivate a clearer sense of where we are and where we are headed. Slowing down and re-center, raising our energies together. There will be space to share (if you wish) and tune into yourself, there will be chanting (totally optional) and some workshop style classes, Jivamukti Yoga, Yin Yoga and more.
Lots of Time to rest, for reading, walks in nature, sauna, hanging out with awesome people and yummy, nourishing, vegan food. optional digital detox and silent time.

YOGA
we will start the day with a dynamic, energizing asana practice (Jivamukti)
there will be an optional workshop style class in the afternoon plus grounding yin practices.

Eva is a Jivamukti and Vinyasa teacher and is also trained in Yin Yoga / Somatic movement.
